Meals are fully prepared and vacuum-sealed and can be kept in the refrigerator for up to seven days or in the freezer for up to three months. Meals typically arrive on Friday or Saturday and the service delivers to every state. Nearly all of the meal plans are proportioned, prepared foods, so you only have to heat up your meal.
